House located in the Fincas de San Vicente neighborhood. The house is located on a 20 x 40 lot and its bottom is extended with the passage of the golf course.

It is from an idea with strong relationships with the outside world and its environment. Live a light and wide sequence. It extends along the terrain taking possession of all the views.

 

It was thought of as a succession of patios that divide three areas. The first, public, with living room, dining room and kitchen. The second with a playroom, two bedrooms and private bathroom; and the third for the master suite with dressing room and bathroom. Each area is linked by a common corridor that generates different sensations when first meeting with its entrance through a plane of water and the pool. Then, as a separator for the private areas, two dry patios.
